Later I returned, but the new block was full, so I got an older room—basic, dated, and without character. I recommend this hotel but ask for the new rooms. Wi-Fi worked fine in the room. Breakfast is okay, not great. Staff are lovely, pool is great, grounds are small but fine. Best location of any hotel I tried—Murni's down the hill for food and a short walk to central Ubud. Highly recommended.”
